She has a proven track record of providing affordable housing with comprehensive support. Polly holds a master’s degree in public administration and is licensed in multiple states. She has held executive positions at reputable organizations, overseeing the development and management of numerous properties. Polly is well-versed in various financing programs and has extensive experience working with government agencies. Her commitment to affordable housing preservation and social services is unwavering.

Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in affordable housing finance, specializing heavily in the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Throughout his career, he has advised developers, housing authorities, investors, and lenders on financing and managing federally assisted housing. As a co-founder and past president of the Illinois Housing Council (IHC), Bruce successfully united hundreds of industry leaders across the state.
